New management intends to refresh the dining facilities and ballroom while re-energizing menus, catering and guest event services
January 7, 2025 [Port Jefferson, New York] TPG Hotels & Resorts, operators of Danfords Hotel, Resort & Spa in Port Jefferson, New York, today announced that prominent local restaurateurs, Top Flight Foods Group, have assumed management of the property’s primary dining facility, Ferryman’s Grille & Bar, as well as all event catering at the iconic Port Jefferson property.

Top Flight Foods plans to refresh and refurbish the restaurant, bar/lounge, and ballroom without any disruption to the 30-40 events currently booked from January through April 2025 with all work to be completed by May 2025.
